Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions as they apply to each and every course booked with CJP Nail Systems LTD in all locations and with all educators throughout the U.K.

Definition
For the purposes of these terms:

Headings; Number and Gender. The headings of sections and paragraphs are inserted for convenience only and shall not be deemed to constitute part of this agreement or to affect the construction thereof. The use in this agreement of singular, plural, masculine, feminine and neuter pronouns shall include the others as the context may require.

‘We’ and ‘us’ means CJP Education, who will provide the services to you.

‘You’ means the student receiving the services.

‘Course’ means a course designed and developed by us including all revisions and updates to such course as we may make from time to time.

‘Course Materials’ means the physical materials relating to any one course, together with all revisions and updates made by us from time to time, which may be in any format and which are required by the student to complete the course.

Payment
All outstanding debts to us must be made before we will issue you with a certificate.

We reserve the right to refuse enrolment on any of the courses we offer.

If you are using a credit agreement and paying for the course by instalments, you agree to pay the instalments promptly and, on the dates, specified in the credit agreement, irrespective of the speed at which you are studying. If you are issued with a new card, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can update our records.

If you are paying by instalments and your card is declined or you miss a payment for any other reason, we will notify you by email and then letter, and your course account will be locked.

The balance of any course booked is due at least 14 days prior to the first date of attendance. If the full balance amount is not paid by this time, then your place will then be cancelled and the deposit amount is non-refundable and non-transferable. All balances once paid are also non-refundable and non-transferable. Places on courses will not be “held” and can only be guaranteed if full payment has been received. Please ensure prompt payment to secure your place.

We reserve the right to refuse enrolment on any of the courses we offer.

Cancellation.
In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which replaced the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may cancel your course anytime within fourteen days after you receive your course materials whether in hard copy or online.

To cancel your course, you must contact the customer service team 0800 246 1863 within office hours Monday -Friday 9am-4:30pm. Please note cancellations cannot be accepted via email or postal format.

In line with The Consumer Rights Act 2015, you also have a 14 day right to change your mind and get a full refund for digital content, i.e. Online courses, that you have purchased, unless you have already started to download it.

You must also return any course related hard copy materials in their original packaging to us at your own cost and risk, and in a resaleable condition. We strongly encourage you to send the course materials by recorded delivery so that you can track the return.

Upon receipt of cancellation notice and returned course materials at our registered address – and provided the course materials are, at our sole discretion, in resaleable condition – we will process the refund due to you within thirty days of our receipt of your written notice of cancellation.

All cancellations will be subject to a 3% cancellation charge for administration, which would be deducted from any refund due to you.

Outside the standard Terms and Conditions cancellations may be considered on a case by case situation. In this case a cancellation fee equating to 50% of the remaining course balance will be charged. This fee will be requested as a one-off payment to settle the account.

Intellectual Property

You have no permission to copy, duplicate, mimic or remove any information from this website, the theory used, training with you educator or techniques and information given at practical training. All manuals, theory, techniques and data are the sole intellectual property of Chrissie Pearce & CJP retrospectively, and the educator who you train with also.

Under no circumstances are any manuals, training or techniques to be shared with anyone other than the person who has paid for training nor shall said person distribute or share said information and training and any relevant data on any public platform, forum or likewise. 

Website Terms and Conditions
Each time you access or use and/or our mobile device application (collectively the “Website”), you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

“we” and “our” shall be construed accordingly. “you” means the person firm company or organisation browsing and/or using the Website, and “your” shall be construed accordingly. “CJP means all companies connected with us. A company is connected with us if it is: (i) a subsidiary or holding company of us; (ii) controlled by the same person(s) who control us or our holding company; (iii) a subsidiary or holding company of any company in (i) or (ii) above; or (iv) in the same group as any company under (i), (ii) or (iii) above. “subsidiary” and “holding company” shall be as defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006. The term “control” shall have the same meaning as defined in Section 416 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988. Two companies are in the same group if they share the same ultimate holding company.

All the text, graphics, images, manuals, handouts, website, prospectus, and all other literature is the sole property of CJP Nail Education Ltd, protected by copyright and trademarking, the use of them are not permitted and is strictly prohibited for access by anyone other than you the student. All manuals and handouts supplied by CJP Nail Systems LTD must not be copied or used in any way, other than for your own personal use and MUST NOT be reproduced in any form or shared or copied.

Interruptions and Omissions in Service
Whilst we try to ensure that the standard of the Website remains high and to maintain the continuity of it, the internet is not an inherently stable medium, and errors, omissions, interruptions of service and delays may occur at any time. We do not accept any liability arising from any such errors, omissions, interruptions or delays or any ongoing obligation or responsibility to operate the Website (or any particular part of it) or to provide the service offered on the Website. We may vary the specification of this site from time to time without notice.

Information on this Site
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information on our Website is accurate and complete, some of the information is supplied to us by third parties and we are not able to check the accuracy or completeness of that information. We do not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in any of the information on our Website or any liability in respect of information on the Website supplied by you, any other website user or any other person.

Your Use of this Site
You may only use the Website for lawful purposes when seeking training courses or help with your career, when purchasing training courses. You must not under any circumstances seek to undermine the security of the Website or any information submitted to or available through it. In particular, but without limitation, you must not seek to access, alter or delete any information to which you do not have authorised access, seek to overload the system via spamming or flooding, take any action or use any device, routine or software to crash, delay, damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Website or attempt to decipher, disassemble or modify any of the software, coding or 3nformationn comprised in the Website.

You are solely responsible for any information submitted by you to the Website. You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied by you is true, accurate, up-to-date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive and that it is not discriminatory, obscene, offensive, defamatory or otherwise illegal, unlawful or in breach of any applicable legislation, regulations, guidelines or codes of practice or the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any person in any jurisdiction. You are also responsible for ensuring that all information, data and files are free of viruses or other routines or engines that may damage or interfere with any system or data prior to being submitted to the Website. We reserve the right to remove any information supplied by you from the Website at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason without being required to give any explanation.

Information Submitted by You
We will use information supplied by you to facilitate the purchase of training courses made through this website. We will process any data which you provide in completing the online registration or application forms and any further forms, assessments or personal details which you complete or provide to us when using the Website in accordance with relevant data protection legislation. We explain more about your personal data in our Privacy Policy.

You are required to notify us, either in writing at our registered address or by telephone, of any changes to your postal address.

Security and Passwords
In order to register with the Website and to sign in when you visit the Website, you will need to use a username and password. You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your password, which should be kept confidential at all times and not disclosed to any other person. You must notify us immediately if you believe that your password is known to someone else or if it may be used in an unauthorised way. We accept no liability for any unauthorised or improper use or disclosure of any password.#

Practical Training Terms and Conditions
The topics covered during the practical training will be as close as possible to those stated on the website. However, if we are obliged to make any minor changes to your practical training, we reserve the right to do so and will inform you as soon as possible.

All outstanding course fees must be paid in full at least 14 days before your practical training is due to commence.

Delivery and quality of all our courses are to the highest standards in the industry.  Course details Including date and location will be set out along with any equipment that will be required or provided will be set out from the booking confirmation. Any materials offered free with the course, e.g., Handbook, will be given to you on the first day of your practical training.

All students are responsible for arranging their own clients / models/insurances needed to work on during the course.

Students should arrive 15 minutes earlier that the agreed start time in order for “set up” time. The course will start prompt and any late comers will miss valuable Information and may be required to re book an extra day, at an extra fee. Students who cancel their course/class after the full balance has been paid and/or do not attend the course will lose 100% of the fees paid.

All students need to practice between their courses and assessment days, failure to do so will end up in the student not completing the course or having to pay for more “tutor” time.

ALL students will need to have attended all days relating to the course, fully completed any homework and/or portfolios and successfully passed all written and practical exams in order to receive their certificate.

ALL elements of your course must be successfully and fully completed in order to obtain your certificate. ALL case studies, course work and portfolios need to be submitted by the dead lines given by your educator to ensure a successful completion of your chosen course. It is the sole responsibility of the student to provide your own models for case studies and to build your portfolio.

Under no circumstances are children allowed in during the training sessions.

All CJP educators will treat you with the utmost respect and we expect the same in return we will not tolerate Physical or verbal abuse to any members of staff or any other student/models at any time. If this happens you will be in effect terminating your own course and will be asked to leave with immediate effect.

All students and their models must abide by the Terms and Conditions and Policies of the company at all times.

All models attending with students do so at their own risk and agree to be courteous and prompt.

All student and client information are kept confidential and we adhere to GDPR

Students understand that as part of the course, you may be asked to work on other students if necessary, in the event of a no show from a model.

All course deposits and/or course balances are strictly non-refundable/non-transferable once paid so to avoid a course being terminated, we encourage students to accommodate other students in the unlikely event there model fails to show.

Here at CJP Nail Education LTD your comfort and enjoyment is our number one priority and our highly trained educators will always listen to any concerns you may encounter and will do everything in their power to help you, however in event you wish to make a complaint about your educator then please so follow our complaints procedure, outlined below.

Refund policy in respect of courses.

Courses for which we have already sent you a Booking Confirmation may not be cancelled by you without you forfeiting the deposit you will have already paid after the fourteen-day cooling off period. The booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable (except with our express written consent). Additionally, we reserve the right to charge you for the balance of the Course fees if we cannot fill your place with another student unless you have given us a minimum of 7 days’ notice of your cancellation prior to the first day of the Course.

Any of our Kits/products that are required to be purchased to carry out the training courses can be returned once written consent has been obtain from CJP Education Ltd on the cancellation of the practical training course. A collection will be arranged by us for a courier to collect the Kit/Products Provided the Kits/Products have not been used and in perfect condition. A collection charge of £10 will be deducted for any monies to be refunded to you.

In circumstances where we have to cancel a Course you may either elect to have your booking transferred to another date or request a refund of the price that you have paid for the cancelled Course.

Termination
We may terminate your registration and/or deny you access to the Website or any part of it (including any services, goods or information available on or through the Website) at any time in our absolute discretion and without any explanation or notification.

Liability
We accept no liability for any loss (whether direct or indirect, for loss of business, revenue or profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or for any other indirect or consequential loss whatsoever) arising from your use of the Website and we hereby exclude any such liability, whether in contract, tort (including for negligence) or otherwise. We hereby exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to the Website and your use of it to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all costs, expenses, claims, losses, liabilities or proceedings arising from use or misuse by you of the Website.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
The use of the Website and any agreements entered into through the Website are to be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The courts of England are to have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or any agreement made through the Website.

Some of the goods or services offered through the Website may not be lawful or may otherwise not be permitted in certain countries outside the United Kingdom. If you attempt to order, receive, purchase or otherwise benefit from any such goods or services, we do not accept any liability for any losses suffered by you in using the Website which you would not have suffered had you been accessing the Website as a United Kingdom resident (including as a result of us being prevented from dealing with any application or enquiry by any law, regulation or other ruling applicable in any country).
