Hiya! I’m Laura – a nail tech with over 15 years under my belt. I started out mobile, juggling nails around other jobs, but once I had my babies, I built my own studio and took the plunge into full-time work. Best decision I ever made!

Once I was working full-time, I found myself getting a bit bored with plain sets, so I threw myself into learning nail art. I’ve always had the same approach—practice loads, push myself as far as I can, then invest in proper in-person training to take things to the next level. It’s a cycle I love, and it’s helped me grow so much over the years.

I’ve been lucky enough to travel and train with some truly talented nail techs, and I’ve learned something valuable from each of them. These days, about 95% of my clients give me creative freedom, which is amazing—there’s nothing better than seeing their faces when they see their finished nails!

Doing what I love for a living is something I’m genuinely grateful for every day.

I came across CJP when I first got into design work, and I was blown away by their dedication—not just to products and education, but to their whole community. Being part of their education team is a real honour.
