I used to be a PA until I had my 3 children and took some time out to bring up my babies. I was a severe nail biter and decided to buy a cheap nail kit and do my own nails to help them grow which is when I quickly realised how much I enjoyed doing nails so I did my first course in 2006.

Over the years I have done many different courses with many different companies to better my skills and the day I found CJP it changed my life. My confidence grew and I knew that this was the brand I wanted to stay with. I have always had an eye for art and design and my passion soon turned into an obsession. Especially anything that sparkles. I became a perfectionist and soon realised that I wanted to pass on my knowledge and skills to other techs. Since starting my nail journey my dream soon became that I wanted to teach for a brand that I believed in and knew CJP was my match made in heaven, so when I was offered the role to teach for Jemma and Chrissie, I jumped at the chance. I knew that I had made it.

Although there are cheap courses out there, they are cheap for a reason. There’s so much stuff you need to learn which you just don’t get with many of these other courses. CJP courses are so informative and thorough, full of knowledge and will teach you everything you need to know to become the best nail tech you can be.

I eat, sleep and breathe nails and I can 100% say that I love my job and love watching students be able to fulfil their dreams and be able to better their skills. When I see their smile, when they know they have cracked it and seeing their confidence grow is what makes it all so worthwhile. I’m Alex the CJP Educator for Manchester. I’ve been in the nail industry for just over 10 years and nails has always been a big interest of mine from being a little girl.

I have been using CJP from the day it started and what a blessing to the industry it has been! It makes teaching so much better because my students just love the easiness of the products!

I’m a long nail creative kinda tech! Don’t get me wrong I love creating nice and simple but on myself I do tend to be long, glittery and 3D flowers. Marble is my absolute favourite when doing design it really glams up the set with minimal work.

If you want to get creative let me help you! All my training is based at CJP HQ so not only will we have a fun creative day at the training academy you will have full reign of the CJP shop and products. I love to sculpt my sets and spent years perfecting them. I used to use tips and one day I literally binned the whole lot and removed my security blanket from the salon so I had no choice but to use forms. I always said once I was confident I would go back to tips but I found sculpting so liberating I never looked back. You can literally tailor every single nail shape imaginable to suit every client’s finger. I can’t wait to show you have to create a C-Curve simply using form placement.

Hello my beauties! I’m Beki, a crazy, friendly and proud educator for Chrissie and CJP based in Cornwall. I have been in the nail industry for 10 years. (Doesn’t feel that long!) as the saying goes ‘do a job you love, and you will never work a day in your life’.

I originally completed my qualification at college in 2010 whilst on maternity leave (I worked for a well known photography company making frames) and never went back!

I set up a little salon at home in my dining room straight away – I loved creating pretty nails so much, but my college skills were very basic and I always felt there was room for improvement. I have always been ‘arty’ and I wanted to apply art to nails (I just didn’t know how) also perfect techniques and offer my clients a variety of nail designs/systems so went on to do a separate hard gel conversion course, gel polish and lots of nail art and skill building courses in between with some of the best nail techs in the industry… one of which was Chrissie Pearce!

Although I was doing well working from home after my second child it was becoming really stressful for me, I’m a bit of a clean freak so I would get anxious about clients coming over in case my children had made mess, I felt like I was home all the time and I wanted to get out! (Love my children with all my heart but this mum needed a break!)

Chrissie advertised some desks to rent in her new salon – half of me thought ‘I’m not good enough’ and the other half ‘if you don’t apply you will regret it!’ Applied …..and I’m still here 7 years later! After a few years the thought of teaching came into my head, that I would love to share all I have learnt and pass on skills and techniques that I had over the years to students. I bit the bullet and qualified to be an educator. I started shadowing Chrissie on her courses and she eventually encouraged me to do it on my own (I was SO nervous) but, my first course in and I had NO idea what I was worried about! I absolutely loved it! The sense of achievement and the feeling of helping students to complete sets of nails that took me years to create using Chrissie’s manuals makes me beyond proud of my students, not just helping with their struggles but understanding and being able to relate and to pass on my combined nail skills I had learnt over the years to them is so so rewarding! Fast forward 7 years and here I am still proud to be working with Chrissie at the salon and a CJP educator – grateful and proud and I cannot wait to see what you all create!

Hi I’m Catherine, I have been in the industry since 2007, and have been self-employed since 2016. I am a busy nail technician working from my home-based salon. When I’m not working I love to paint and do puzzles, I suppose both help me with nails, the designs and then working out how to do them!

I have two young kiddies, I enjoy a nice glass of wine, country music and walking my Romanian rescue doggy, Dottie.

Seven years ago, I came across CJP products and what a game changer it was. It reunited my passion for nails and helped me become the nail technician I am today. Educating is my true passion, I love to see people evolve and develop their own skills. I’d say I am kind and considerate and totally understand how nerve-wracking it can be attending a training day. I would say don’t be nervous, we will have so much fun and I will do everything I can to put you at ease (Although CJP don’t let me crack the wine out).

Hi I’m Chrissie Pearce,

I’ve been in the industry for nearly 16 years now and teaching for over 9. I am so proud to be the Head of Education for CJP!

Nails wasn’t something I honestly thought I would ‘get into’ as the only experience I’d dabbled around with beauty wise, was when we had to do ‘day release’ in the last year of school before choosing our options ha-ha! It was that or mechanics!

I left school and started an apprenticeship in Surface Finishing on Super Yachts and had nearly finished my qualification when sadly I fell and seriously injured my back resulting in surgery.

At this point I felt like my life was over as the one thing I had wanted to do, my body wouldn’t physically let me.
So between feeling sorry for myself and wanting to do a job sitting down, somehow I fell into nails in 2008, and even now I can’t believe how far I’ve come, I’ve never planned anything I just feel so grateful that I still enjoy it and I get to share my passion with others.
And if you know me, you’ll know I still get to mess about with bodywork here and there as I love classic cars and have quite a collection. I can honestly say I feel my career has excelled based on the experience I had learning a different trade of Surface finishing and having an eye for detail has allowed me to share new techniques and adapt them to the nail world!

In the Nail industry there are so many different directions you can take and it really depends on how far you want to go in a certain direction too, there’s only so many hours in a day lol!

I still love doing clients, but I also love teaching, and I’ve found that although I can teach most things my main trade is sharing how to get amazing salon nails in a salon time frame, I do it every day myself so when I teach, I’m always sharing the best ways to get the look and style a student desires, which ultimately leads them to having more business and turnover right!?
Teaching has taken me all around the world in person and now diversifying online too!

Being affiliated with CJP Nail Systems since the start has been something I’m so proud of, Jemma is not only my amazing friend but we share the same passion for wanting change and wanting to create something by nail techs for nail techs, Jemma and her family are obviously the magic behind CJP and I adore their ethos! We have worked so hard creating the education program for CJP and I have been overseeing some amazing educators helping them teach with my manuals and for the last 4 years we’ve been researching and developing hard gel, but sadly Covid put a halt to its release so that’s a new step for us soon too!

Something a lot of people don’t know about me is I ‘ghost-write’ for companies and government education programs (mainly overseas) with bringing Nail education more up to date—and I really enjoy this as I like to stay behind the scenes haha! But this means CJP will always be up-to-date and at the forefront of education bringing what we do in the salon straight to the education programs first.

I teach and update the educators as we go and with yearly classes to ensure they are passing on the latest and best techniques teamed with Jemma’s knowledge of products, the industry and being the first to release new innovations, CJP are definitely trend setters when it comes to products and education!

I also teach too still, you may not find a lot of courses here to buy as I am very booked up in advance with education, doing 1-2-1 training and a lot of Zooms teaching across the world, so like the other educators if there is something you need and don’t see it please don’t hesitate to pop me a message on my academy page.

Hi I’m Claire, alongside nails I’m married to my wonderful husband and between us we have 6 children and 2 pugs so if there’s one thing, we are good at its multi-tasking! We work together in our studio in Wick where we do body piercings, tattoos and my favourite thing….nails!

We are currently expanding into providing beauty treatments to go alongside my first love of NAILS, NAILS, NAILS. I don’t actually remember a time in my life when I wasn’t fascinated with all things nails, the styles and designs just mesmerised me and once I qualified that was it! I have literally lived and breathed nails from that day forward. I love experimenting and if I can’t do something initially, I will practice until I can, I won’t let anything beat me. I like to find ways to pull off designs that fit into salon life. I love intricate designs but being a salon tech, I like to be able to offer something that looks like it’s taken hours when I’ve usually practiced that much I’ve found the quickest way possible to do the design. I’m excited to share my knowledge showing my students the fast track way.

I absolutely adore everything CJP and feel the products took my work to the next level, I didn’t think in my wildest dreams I would become an educator but here I am killing it! Now it’s my turn to take YOU to your next level, I absolutely love nurturing students and making you see just how easy things can be done once it’s been broken down. Also being the person to start beginners on their journey is an honour, I want to pass all my tips and tricks on and watch you unleash your potential and feel proud in knowing that I was a small but hopefully influential part of your journey. Along the way I have realised that A, Rome wasn’t built in a day and B, never give up, you get out what you put in and anything is achievable with practice. On that note all that’s left to say is I can’t wait to meet you soon.

I’ve been a nail tech since 2005, in 2017 I came across CJP products and it was a game changer for me, I gained more confidence and deepened my passion in our industry.

I have been desperate to educate after teaching my daughter, watching her work go from strength to strength and she’s thriving.

Hi!, I’m Karen, your educator for the Cumbria area.

I came to nails later in life than most, due to an illness I couldn’t carry on with my previous job, and initially started doing nails as something to do while recovering.

It quickly became my passion and over the years I’ve travelled and trained with some amazing educators, wanting to be the best I could possibly be. I came to use CJP pretty early on in my career and I’ve never looked back. From the quality of their products to their customer service and support, it’s second to none.

Being an educator for them is a privilege and being able to teach and pass on knowledge to a high standard is something.

I’m very proud of teaching and supporting my students and seeing them gain confidence in their skills and being able to help them be the best they can possibly be has become my passion too. I live in the countryside surrounded by hills with my husband, son and our fur baby, a miniature dachshund called Boo. My students love coming and say that I always make them feel so calm, saying it’s like a play day with a friend.

I have a background in art, once being a ceramic painter and educator, so a lot of my sets are quite artistic, although I still love a plain set that shows off amazing structure.

In my spare time I still love to draw and paint, and going on walks with little Boo.

Hi, I’m Kerry your CJP educator for Suffolk.

I have been in the nail industry for over 10 years. I have my own business and work from my home in a fully fitted and registered salon, where I offer a range of treatments. My own little salon. My lady den.

I am an everyday active working nail tech which I love to do. Passing such skills on to you is a huge passion of mine.

Nails are a huge part of my business. Over the last 8 years I have spent a lot of time attending courses to upskill and perfect my technique. Nails definitely haven’t come easy to me and I have had to work hard to get where I am today.

If you feel like there’s something out there that you’re supposed to be doing, if you have a passion for it, then stop wishing and just do it. If you don’t love what you do, you won’t do it with much conviction or passion. I stuck at what I love, and it has definitely paid off.

I love doing 3D acrylic nail art. It’s such delicate work but really does set the nails off to look unique and bespoke to my clients. I also enjoy crazy nail art. Something that’s unique and different. Something that’s always pushing my boundaries in my ability. There is always something new to learn and we will never stop learning.
I have been using CJP since they very first started, and it really is a game changer. I have never fell in love with a brand so quickly. I went on a back to basics course with Jemma Porch the owner of CJP in 2017. This only made me fall in love with the brand and products even more.

I have recently spent a week with Chrissie Pearce having extensive training covering all the up-to-date skills and unique techniques which was amazing, and I have learnt so much. I will be more than honoured to pass these skills onto you to help you live your passion the same as I am every day. This has only confirmed even more my passion for all things nails.

Opening CJP nail mail is like Christmas for me. (which is almost every week) I have an addiction to CJP haha!

Hi I’m Laura

I’ve been doing nails now for 5 years and have my own quirky little salon, although I started my journey in this industry later than most (33 years old) I haven’t let that stop me. It has always been a dream of mine to become a CJP educator & here I am living that dream, anything is possible when you practise and put your mind to it and I am living proof of that.

I live, sleep and breathe everything nails & CJP, my most favourite part of doing nails is laying the acrylic down and building that foundation.

Nails has not come easy for me, I have had to work at it, but I won’t let anything beat me and I practice until I get it right. By adapting that mindset I have broken down every challenge I have faced into manageable sections and have so many tricks up my sleeve to show you the easiest way possible. Trust me I can save you the hours I have already spent working out the quickest and easiest way! I absolutely love CJP and their products I feel they took my work to the next level.

Outside of work I am kept extremely busy juggling my 8 children, 7 of those have 4 legs and a waggy tail. I’m mum to 7 French Bulldogs and their 10-year-old human brother. I am a self-confessed shopaholic, my worst kept secret is that I own over 500 pairs of shoes. My shopping addiction doesn’t stop at shoes it includes nail products, make-up, jewellery and handbags. Basically I work to buy shoes and dog food!

I am so excited to meet you all and be on this CJP journey together. Together we are stronger, I love nothing more than watching people have their own lightbulb moment and my support will be in place every step of the way. I can’t wait to celebrate with you when you smash your own goals.

Hi, I’m Lianne. I have been a nail technician for a fair few years now and I absolutely love it. I enjoy all styles, lengths, and designs of nails but my favourite will always be an Ombre nail. However, I do thoroughly enjoy a themed set of nails.

I am an active nail tech currently working 5-6 days a week from my spacious cabin. Nails isn’t only my “job” it’s my passion. I’m like a child at Christmas when CJP’s new products are launched, and it keeps me excited, as I love to try new styles and develop new techniques. I feel there is always something to learn, regardless of all my years in the industry I still love to practice and try out new ideas.

I am so looking forward to sharing and passing all this on to new students, as an active tech I feel my everyday knowledge is invaluable to students—I can’t wait to meet you all and show you everything I have learnt on my own journey and watch you succeed on yours.

My name is Nazneen, I have been a qualified nail tech for many years and I have been using CJP for most of this time. I must say it was definitely love at first sight!

The quality and performance of these products is second to none and my clients appreciate the longevity of their nails! I have since decided to plunge into the world of educating, so that I can share my skills and passion with others and make you love what you do too!

Although I absolutely love all things sparkly and arty, I also enjoy the satisfaction that simple sets bring to my clients. I would consider myself an all-rounder and do not shy away from any design that is requested from me!

I’ve been in the nail game since 2015 and absolutely loved my journey and investing big in my nail career.

I’ve met amazing educators along the way and absolutely love the travels it’s taken me on, it’s been fun I’ve met very close friends in the industry from it!

I am also a sucker for glitter and more glitter. If I had it my way my house would be pink and glitter.

When you come for training you will have my full attention as I want all my students to walk away feeling confident, ready and excited for your new CJP skills learnt from your time with me for your amazing nail journey.

I love acrylic it’s my go-to. I love smile lines, Ombre and anything to go with glitter and bright colours—I hope my work says it all. I had an amazing time at CJP HQ educators' week working with Chrissie Pearce and being shown the CJP way for teaching it’s amazing.
